Judges

Judge the Future!

It takes hundreds of business and industry leaders to evaluate FBLA-PBL competitors at our State Leadership Conference and we would be honored to have you join us to evaluate the future of business in Alabama.

Each spring (usually April) FBLA-PBL student members from all over Alabama come to Birmingham to compete in over 70 business, entrepreneurship, and technology competitive events ranging from accounting to speaking and coding and journalism.

Students perform for a team of judge who use a detailed rubric to assess competency and capability. The top finalists in the State of Alabama then advance to the National FBLA-PBL finals held in June each year in a major American city like Anaheim, Atlanta, Nashville and the Washington DC area. At the FBLA-PBL National Leadership Conference over 15,000 students will compete for top honors in business education and leadership.

If you would be interested in judging at a chapter, district, or state event, please contact State Adviser Lisa Weeks for more information lweeks@ALSDE.edu.
