Alabama FBLA is excited to announce the theme for this year’s Joint Leadership Development Conference (JLDC): Multiply Your Leadership!

FBLA members know that leadership is about more than empowering yourself achieve results, it’s about surrounding yourself with other like-minded leaders and helping each other reach the top. Multiplying Your Leadership is about just that: working with others to develop new ideas and charter new horizons.

Attendees will experience what it truly means to MULTIPLY YOUR LEADERSHIP thanks to the conference’s energizing general sessions, inspiring guest speakers, a thrilling college and career expo, and an exclusive concert by America’s Got Talent star and Alabama native, Jaycob Curlee!
